Feel Good Friday…The Gratitude Dance

An ancient Chinese curse goes something like this…”May you live interesting times.” We are living in interesting times my friends.
If there is one habit that you could cultivate that would change your life, the lives of the people around you and maybe even the entire world , it may be the habit of giving gratitude for all the things you do have.

Make a list every morning of the things you are grateful for. Read it aloud. Do the Gratitude Dance. Feel Better.
