Do you ever wonder about the random-ness of life? How is it that this film-maker stumbles upon Caine Monroy who built an arcade out of cardboard and his imagination? Caine had no customers for his arcade until this man, Nirvan Mullick, stumbles into the shop in East L.A. to buy some part for his car. And he plays in Caine’s arcade.
