Feel Good Friday...Seeing
One of the most powerful experiences I have ever had is spending 23 hours blind. It was one of the requirements for my Ultimate Black Belt Test. I went to bed blindfolded and awoke in the dark. You really don’t know all the things you miss, all the things you take for granted until you suddenly can no longer see them.
This is perfection all around us. There are extraordinary sights and visions to be seen if we just open our eyes to them. Go ahead start seeing what you can see. Both literally and metaphorically…see what you can see.

Feel Good Friday...Dharma Comics
Sometimes we just see the finished product and never get to look into the process that created that product. In this video we see Leah Perlman who began drawing comic stick figures because that was all she could do. So she did that. And kept doing it. Until at some point those stick figures took on nuances and personalities. Her process changed and matured. But in the beginning it was just do it…get an idea and get it on paper, however and when ever. See it here:

Feel Good Friday…Vol. 1
Hi everyone,
I really appreciate all your comments on my various blogs and stories. They mean a lot to me.
As many of you are aware I get a lot of material from many varied sources. Many of which are inspirational or motivating.
I want to share some of these with you so I decided to start a “Feel Good Friday” series. Each Friday I will be sending out a video or a story designed to inspire and motivate you in some way.
Please feel free to comment and let me know how you are enjoying them.
This week’s story comes from Karma Tube. Go to:

Here’s a blurb to entice you to spend 3.5 minutes on this!
Mankind Is No Island
Using images found on street signage in Sydney and New York, Jason van Genderen shot this entire movie on a cell phone! "Mankind is No Island" is a cleverly crafted visual and musical narrative, whose production budget was a whopping $57! Winner of the TropFest NY 2008 award, the world's largest short film festival, this is three and half minute experience that will leave you inspired.
